The photographs that always end up being my favorites from a wedding day are not always the perfectly posed, perfectly framed photos. They are the ones that captured a genuine emotion, a beautiful connection or authentic laughter that take you right back to that exact moment of the day. In order for me to capture that for you, it’s so important for me to get to know you. I want to know all about your dreams, your adventures and those people in your life that mean the most to you.
That’s why the wedding process with me is so personal. From the first conversation to the engagement session to the planning, I’ll get to know you so that I can capture the story of your wedding day in an authentic and beautiful way. On your wedding day, my hope is that I feel much less like an awkward third wheel and much more like a friend along to document your day.

Karen has such a gift for capturing “moments”, which is exactly what my husband and I wanted on our wedding day.
